LIFETIME SHARPENING & MAINTENANCE

Under our Ironclad Guarantee, you get free lifetime sharpening and maintenance. Lifetime refers to the life of the knife. Whether it's you, your son, or your grandson - we'll continue to honor this commitment. Our team will return your knife to its optimal working condition so you can get back to work. This warranty service includes disassembly, cleaning, fine-tuning, and sharpening of any Axial knife. All that you are responsible for are the costs associated with shipping your knife to and from our facility. We charge a $12.50 flat fee for return shipping and processing. All labor is performed FREE OF CHARGE.

  1. Complete the Online Checkout Process - Select your knife model from the dropdown menu on the "Ironclade Guarantee" page and click "Add to Cart". Complete the checkout process and pay the flat rate shipping fee.
  2. Print and fill out the Ironclad Guarantee FormDOWNLOAD FORM HERE
  3. Package Your Knife Securely - Using a shipping box to ensure the knife is properly protected during transit. Please ship fixed blades in a sheath.

We recommend that you insure your package. Note that damage or loss in transit to and from our facility is not covered by our warranty. 

And you're done! Once we have received your package, we will perform the warranty service on your knife and ship it right back to you. Please allow up to 5 business days for maintenance to be performed on your knife.

Return shipping and processing fee

I was not able to download or print a return shipping label at my local post office, (I do not have a home printer or have access to a printer.) but someone referred me to the local UPS Store and a very helpful female employee was able to assist me with getting that label printed off and she also sealed the package, applied the label and placed the package in the outgoing mail for me
