ORDER FULFILLMENT & LEAD TIMES

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We package every order with care and ship it ready to work.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout. 

  • Shipping Protection covers your package while it is in transit.
  • If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with the carrier to make it right - either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments are handled in accordance with the shipping option selected at checkout. 

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

If package security is a concern, we recommend shipping to a secure location or selecting a delivery option that requires signature.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We move quickly once an order is placed so that it gets to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or modification are not eligible for return or exchange. This ensures fairness and consistency for every customer.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All returns and exchanges are submitted through our return portal. Returns submitted outside the approved process may be delayed or refused. Once approved, you'll receive clear instructions for returning your item.

We allow international shipments on a limited basis. If you live outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact to determine whether or not we can ship a specific product internationally.
