Our commitment to you doesn't stop when your knife leaves our shop. Here's how we get it to you and what happens if something isn't right. 

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING PROTECTION + FREE RETURNS

We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection + Free Returns at checkout. It covers:

• Lost, damaged, or stolen packages, including porch theft after delivery. We'll replace it or refund you. Report any lost or stolen packages within 7 days of the delivery date. 
• Free return shipping if you need to return or exchange your knife. Free returns still need to meet our return requirements below. 

Without it, return shipping is on you, and lost or stolen packages go through the carrier's claims process. We'll help you file it, but the outcome is up to them.

Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase, before it ships. We move fast to get your knife to you, so once it's shipped, it can't be canceled.

If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it. 

To qualify, it needs to be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In its original packaging

Every return is inspected. Knives showing use, wear, damage, or modification aren't eligible.

Defective knife? That's on us. If you've used your knife and something's not right, that's what our warranty is for. File a warranty claim here.

Submit your request through our Return & Exchange Portal. Once approved, we'll send instructions and next steps. Please use the portal, because returns sent any other way can get held up.

We ship internationally on a limited basis. Outside the US? Contact Us  and we'll tell you straight whether we can get it to you. You're responsible for knowing your country's knife and import laws.
