Shipping & Returns
LEAD TIMES
All orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping time. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping option that you select at checkout.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Once your order leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the carrier. We fully cover your package while it's in transit and until the moment it's marked Delivered by the carrier.
If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with the carrier to make it right - either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility for loss or theft transfers to the recipient. We recommend shipping to a secure location or choosing a delivery option that requires a signature if you're concerned about package security.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Unfortunately, once the order ships we will not be able to cancel it. You may, however, return an item that is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We allow international shipments on a limited basis. If you live outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us to determine whether or not we can ship a specific product internationally.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
