Shipping policy

LEAD TIMES

All orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. This does not include shipping time. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping option that you select at checkout.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Once your order leaves our facility, it's in the hands of the carrier. We fully cover your package while it's in transit and until the moment it's marked Delivered by the carrier. 

If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we'll work with the carrier to make it right - either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

All risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the packaged Delivered. Axial cannot be responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery confirmation. 

We recommend shipping to a secure location or choosing a delivery option that requires a signature if you're concerned about package security.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We allow international shipments on a limited basis. If you live outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@axialknives.com to determine whether or not we can ship a specific product internationally.

Axial reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
