Knives that are used hard sometimes need inspection, adjustment, or repair to perform optimally. That's why our Warranty Repair Department exists.
If something isn't performing properly, we don't guess and we don't cut corners. We evaluate the knife, identify the root cause, and bring it back into proper working condition.
Warranty Coverage & Repair Options
If your issue is covered under warranty, we'll take care of the repair at no charge.
If the issue falls outside warranty coverage, our team will evaluate the knife, provide a clear repair quote, and only proceed once you approve the work.
Either way, your knife receives a professional evaluation and a straightforward path back into service.
How It Works
1. Submit a Warranty Claim - Complete a Warranty Claim so our team has the information needed to review and authorize next steps.
2. Complete Checkout - Select your knife model and complete checkout. This creates a service order in our system and covers return shipping back to you once the repair is complete.
3. Print and fill out the Warranty Repair Form.
4. Package Your Knife Securely - Using a shipping box to ensure the knife is properly protected during transit. Please ship fixed blades in a sheath.

We recommend that you insure your package. Note that damage or loss in transit to and from our facility is not covered by our warranty.
Once your knife arrives at our facility, we will perform the warranty service on your knife and ship it right back to you.
