THE ALPINE ULTRALIGHT

FULL-SIZE PERFORMANCE. SUB-2 OUNCES.

The Alpine Ultralight pushes the limits of what an ultralight fixed blade can do. Most ultralight knives save weight by sacrificing strength - thin blades, skeletonized handles, compromises everywhere. The Alpine doesn't play that game. With a 0.110" thick Magnacut blade, a secure full-handle grip, and full-tang durability, it delivers the cutting confidence of a full-size knife at a weight that feels impossible. It carries like nothing and hits far above its weight class. That's the point.

0.011" CPM MAGNACUT

REAL THICKNESS. UNREAL WEIGHT.

A 0.011" thick blade at under 2 ounces is rare in ultralight knives. This strength-to-weight ratio is what sets the Alpine apart and makes its performance feel impossible for its size.

CANVAS MICARTA

FULL-HANDLE GRIP

Full Canvas Micarta scales provide dependable control. You get a comfortable, full-handle grip without compromising the ultralight build.

KYDEX SHEATH

VERSATILE CARRY

The Alpine's sheath isn't an afterthought It's tough, streamlined, and built for ultralight carry. Horizontal, vertical, or aftermarket attachments - the system stays dependable and adaptable.

Great Lil' Fixie, No final QC?

Pleased with this one however, I am disappointed that there seems to be no final inspection quality control. Pros and cons below.

Pros: Nice even grinds, good inlay fitment, decently sharp out of box, taco kydex, an ulti clip, Ti bead included, and a overall great little fixie.

Cons: Paperwork has two spots to signify who performed the final inspection (one on box, one on paperwork) both of which are blank. Why is this a con? The adhesion on both of the larger inlay magnets was almost non existent and when I removed the inlays, the magnets stayed attached to the tang. All other screws that attach the titanium handle to the tang were also loose. These two issues were discovered literally an hour out of box while I was adjusting the ulti clip.

All in all the cons are easily fixable but, blank inspection lines and assembly issues aren't something you should be experiencing out of box for anything in this price range let alone, a US made blade.

Hi David, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We take QC very seriously although sometimes mistakes are made. Please email us at warranty@axialknives.com and we'll get your Alpine swapped for a new one ASAP.
