Return shipping and processing fee

I was not able to download or print a return shipping label at my local post office, (I do not have a home printer or have access to a printer.) but someone referred me to the local UPS Store and a very helpful female employee was able to assist me with getting that label printed off and she also sealed the package, applied the label and placed the package in the outgoing mail for me

Under our Premier Edge warranty service, our team will disassemble, clean, lubricate, fine-tune, and sharpen your knife for optimum performance - all at zero cost to you. All that you are responsible for is the shipping costs associated with the service. We charge a $12.50 flat fee for return shipping and processing. Alternatively, you can include a check or money order in the shipping box along with your knife when sending it in for warranty service.
