Same Day Fulfillment
We want to get our products into your hands as quickly as possible. Your order is picked and packed the same business day, unless otherwise communicated on the product page. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping option that you select at checkout.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Unfortunately, once the order moves to processing we will not be able to cancel it. You may, however, return the product(s) after they have arrived.
FREE 2-Day Shipping on orders over $275 and FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $99.
If you have specific shipping requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are happy to accommodate most needs (i.e. overnight shipping, discreet packaging, etc.). Most orders are shipped without a signature required. If your order requires a signature, please include "Signature Required" in the comment box at checkout.
We allow international shipments on a limited basis. If you live outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us to determine whether or not we can ship a specific product internationally.
No Hassle Returns
FREE 30-day returns on products that are in their original condition and packaging. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return an unused product within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will happily refund the purchase price of the product. We do not offer returns on products that show signs of use.

2. One of our representatives will review your request and respond within 1 business day. If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
3. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address provided in the email instructions.
- Axial is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us. It is recommended that you insure and track you returned items.
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are defective products.
4. Upon receiving your return, Axial will issue a refund, ship a replacement item, or issue store credit based on your return request.
